Advanced Conservative Studies |
The first step for promoting and advancing the Reagan Wing of the Republican Party is to make the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies a reality. The Institute need not be a traditional bricks and mortar institution. A virtual reality in cyberspace might be more than adequate for its data acquisition, storage, analysis and transmission functions. Members, scholars and candidates can practice or fulfill their functions or missions with greater simplicity and ease electronically than would would have historically been possible through more traditional means. This is where the Reagan Wing candidates will be prepared for the Great Debate. And if traditional bricks and mortar facilities are needed, there will be ways to provide whatever funding is required. Assuming it meets with Rush's purposes, Excellence in Golf (EIG) could provide most, if not all of the funding required to the meet the needs of LIACS and its various scholarship or research programs. Matching grants for conservative organizations or forums like FreeRepublic could also be considered.
