THE CONSTITUTION CAN BE RESTORED

·        NOT BY POLITICIANS

·        BY STATESMEN SIMILAR TO RONALD REAGAN AND THE FOUNDERS

·        CAMPAIGN FUNDRAISING IS A MAJOR DETERRENT TO STATESMEN WHO OTHERWISE MIGHT SEEK OFFICE

·        PARTY POLITICS PROTECT REPUBLICAN INCUMBENTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR POLITICAL VIEWS

·        SOCIALISM IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, BUT BECOMES AN IRRESISTIBLE VOTE-GATHERING TOOL FOR POLITICIANS REGARDLESS OF PARTY AFFILIATION

·        THE CONSTITUTION IS AN ANATHEMA TO DEMOCRATS; DEMOCRATS MUST SIMPLY BE DEFEATED

·      WHILE ENDING SOCIALISM AND RESTORING THE CONSTITUTION WILL REQUIRE CHANGING THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS, IT WILL ONLY TAKE ONE MAN TO START THE BALL ROLLING

This list essentially precludes these problems from being resolved within the existing configuration of the Republican Party, but from a practical standpoint, the electoral configuration of the country will only permit a solution that is conservatively sponsored through the existing Republican framework; any third party efforts are almost certainly doomed to fail.

Discovered by accident; the plan outlined below is potentially the best ever devised to restore the Constitution. It not only addresses each issue listed above, in some cases it provides layers of solution for each of the identified problems.

The plan begins by shifting the entire Republican Party slightly to the right, and then shifting it farther to the right in each successive election. In truth, the plan intends to do exactly the same to the Democratic Party. How?

    After the ball was dropped by President Reagan's successors, President Reagan subsequently identified the best man to get the ball rolling again. Millions of conservatives and many others have already had their hearts and minds changed by listening to Rush Limbaugh;

What if:

  1. Rush had $600 million to fund primary campaigns of prospective conservative statesmen (the Reagan Wing of the Republican Party) against RINOs?
  1. Rush had the residual from the $600 million in #1 to fund the election campaigns of conservative statesmen or other Republicans against vulnerable ultra-liberal Democrats?
  2. Rush could reliably raise and spend this $600 million or more outside of and completely independent from the Republican Party in every Congressional election cycle?
  3. Rush produced a legislative agenda for each election, call it a Contract with Congress?
  4. Rush serially targeted incumbents from both parties who opposed the Contracts?
  5. Rush actually created and funded the tongue-in-cheek Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies (LIACS) to recruit and train potential conservative statesmen, to identify and target RINOs and Democrats who will be the opponents of our Reagan Wing candidates, to identify issues to be included in the Contracts, to identify and develop the winning arguments for the debate to change the hearts and minds of Americans with regard to socialism and other unconstitutional practices of government?
  6. Rush used LIACS to develop winning legal challenges and arguments against unconstitutional government activities or Federal Court rulings and to initiate the impeachment of Federal Judges subverting the Constitution?

Why is it even necessary to ask people to contact Rush about this effort?

The roots of this story extend to 1999 with the discovery by a retired physician (the plan author) that all golf clubs contain design flaws that interfere with how the brain and body function together to make the golf swing and it was questionable whether the means of removing the interference could be patented or not. Without patents, no major manufacturer would even discuss his inventions. Brand name protection became his next best choice to protect his inventions and Rush Limbaugh became the brand name he sought. After several attempts to contact Rush about the golf club not only failed, but also ended with the alienation of people close to Rush including the very ones upon whom Rush relies, it became necessary to focus on the things that would matter most to Rush if another opportunity to contact him ever presented itself. In focusing on what mattered most to Rush, the plan author finally recognized the potentials that are the subject of this message, but long after having already “fouled the nest”. If you or anybody you know can get this plan-originating doctor a few hours with either Rush or David Limbaugh, the impending tragedies of the Gokhale-Smetters unfunded liabilities might be avoided.

Freedom is the right to make our own choices instead of having government make them for us. The key to ending socialism is the adoption of a modified version of the Cato plan that allows every American a one time right to make their own decision about whether they want to participate in Social Security or not. IF Social Security is the be-all, end-all wonderful program that Democrats claim, it should be politically very difficult for Democrats to defend requiring mandatory participation in Social Security instead of acknowledging every American's Constitutional and God-given right to make their own retirement choices. Mandatory participation in Social Security is the Achilles Heel for the socialists. Dealing fairly and effectively with Medicare is the second step to restoring the Constitution.
